V.C.I (Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor) Liners, Bags and Film provide rust protection during transportation and long-term storage. Manufactured from high-grade polyethylene resins and VCI additives, which are embedded in the film, these products are used in a variety of industries, including automotive, construction and agriculture.
Rust proof bags and films act as a shield in dry packaging and storage of metal products and can provide up to 3 years of protection (depending on the application).
Our VCI poly bags and film are available in layflat widths of up to 100” or larger when gusseted. Length is customizable for your needs. Thickness can be up to 6 mil.
We offer custom colours (white, blue, green, red, yellow and more) available as tinted or opaque. One colour random placement printing is available for company logos or lot numbers.
VCI products can be produced as PTO rolls, sheets, bags, covers, tubing and shrink film.
To help prevent outdoor UV degradation, we offer VCI products with UVI (ultraviolet inhibitor) additives in 6- or 12-month options.
High-slip, low-slip and anti-static customizations are also available.
