Our story begins with Paul Chitel who founded Polytarp Products in 1957 and continues today, with Polytarp developing new products and growing to service a variety of industries throughout North America.

We are one of the largest privately owned flexible films manufacturing companies in Canada.

Our 100,000+ sq ft production space includes the latest extrusion and converting equipment capable of producing single and multi-layer sheeting, tubing and bags, complemented by a state-of-the-art R&D lab that develops new products to meet our customers’ specific needs.

What sets us apart is continuous collaboration with our customers and suppliers as well as ongoing investments in research and sustainability.

Every day we strive to meet our founder’s vision of being the most customer-focused company in the industry and offer the highest-quality products possible. We extrude plastics and extend possibilities.
